Advanced Design Technology (ADT) exhibited at the Farnborough International Airshow 2026, one of the world's largest aerospace and defence trade events, taking its sovereign Australian secure-computing technology to a global audience from within the Australia pavilion.
ADT's participation was supported by Team Defence Australia — the Australian Government initiative that helps Australian defence industry showcase its capabilities at major international exhibitions. Exhibiting under the Australia banner placed ADT alongside other sovereign defence companies and gave international partners a clear view of Australian innovation on the world stage.
Sovereign secure computing, on the global stage
On the stand, ADT showcased its secure KVM technology, including WASP — its Common Criteria–certified secure Keyboard, Video and Mouse switch. WASP lets operators work across multiple security domains from a single workstation while maintaining trusted separation between networks, in a compact, Australian-designed and -manufactured form factor.
The ADT stand welcomed senior Royal Australian Air Force leaders and Team Defence Australia representatives, reflecting the strong relationship between Australian industry and Defence as ADT continues to grow its presence across the AUKUS nations.
"Exhibiting at Farnborough, under the Australia banner and with the support of Team Defence Australia, is a tremendous opportunity to show the world what sovereign Australian engineering can deliver." — An ADT spokesperson
Why it matters
International events like Farnborough connect Australian industry with allied governments, primes and partners. For ADT, the airshow was a chance to deepen those relationships, support Australia's defence export ambitions, and demonstrate secure computing capability built at home in Fyshwick, ACT.
